Q: How do I register with your web site?

A: Find the “Join us now, it’s free” button on the main page. Enter your name, username, email and password. Make sure you type your email correctly since you will receive email with a confirmation link. Alternatively, you can integrate your Facebook login details with TopMyFace account.

Q: I did not receive a confirmation email. What is the problem?

A: Look in your email spam folder. Popular email services may automatically filter no-reply emails. The confirmation email may be there.

Q: I cannot upload profile picture.

A: Make sure that the profile picture’s width is within 160 px.

Q: I want to add video to my profile. How can I do it?

A: Go to video section on the main page, choose All Videos and press Add (to the right from the abovementioned buttons). You will be offered a list of all available options (link video from popular video web sites or upload your own). There is an alternative way to add video. Go to your Profile menu and choose Add video URL.

Q: I want to change my profile details and privacy preferences.

A: Go to Profile section where you will be offered opportunities to alter profile and privacy details, as well as write messages, upload photos, add applications, invite friends, create events etc.

Q: I want to invite my friends to TopMyFace. Is it possible?

A: Yes, it is possible. Go to Friends menu, choose Invite Friends, write a message if you want and we will send invitations to your friends’ emails. Separate email addresses with commas if you want to send more than one invitation.
